When it first arrived, this 1972 Chevrolet C10 bore the marks of a life well lived. The body and bed carried scratches and dents from decates of service, the furface showing evidence of hard work and repeated use rather than neglect. Early images reveal the truck fully stripped down - the bed removed, front end disassembled, quarter panels off, and engine bay exposed - layering bare the bones of a vehicle ready to be carefully renewed. It was clear this truck had history, each worn edge and scruff a testament to years of labor and hauling.

The restoration focused on a full paint and body refresh, complemented by meticulous engine detailing on the factory engine. Every panel, every surface received attention, culminating in a rich, gloss blue-green finish that leans more toward blue under shifting light. A bright orange engine, carefully detailed and reinstalled, draws the eye in contrast, with hoses, air intake, and ancillary components arranged with clarity and precision. The bed was given special treatment: deep, dark hardwood planks, simi-glossed to highlight grain and texture, framed by body-colored metal rails, turning the workhorse cargo area into a showcase of craftsmanship.

As completed, Stillwater exudes calm strength and understated artistry. The solid paint finish reflects light evenly, emphasizing the truck's clean lines and well-executed curves, while the orange engine injects vitality without overwhelming the design. The bed, now a refined combination of wood and metal, hints and both utility and care, honoring the vehicle's past while presenting a renewed, confident presence. Every element- from the restored body to detailed engine -demonstrates the meticulous attention to detail that allows a rugged, hardworking truck to emerge with quiet dignity and lasting character.
